|
| First you cook some onion and garlic with a bit of salt in a pan with a little oil. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| You don't need much salt but remember to heat the oil before you start to cook. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Carry on cooking until it is soft. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Then stop cooking and let it cool down. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Add an egg, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper to some minced beef. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| You can put them all in a bowl and also put in the onion and garlic mixture that you've just cooked. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| You need 450g of minced beef. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| If you add fresh herbs, the beefburgers taste better so I always do that. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Tip: If you haven't got any parsley, you can use thyme instead. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Mix everything up in the bowl. You can use a fork to mix everything up or you could use a spoon. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| To make four beefburgers, you need to divide the mixture into four parts then use your hands to make four beefburgers. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Put them in the fridge. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Cut the rolls and get out your salad, tomato sauce and garlic mayonnaise. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Now you can start cooking the beefburgers. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Remember to heat the pan first. Before you cook them, brush some oil on them. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Cook them on one side for three minutes then turn them over and cook them on the other side for three minutes. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Then do it again. If the burger is thin, it takes less time to cook. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| If it is thick, it takes more time to cook. |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Put the burgers in the rolls with some salad and the sauces but leave them for a minute first |
play_circle
pause_circle
|
| Tip: I like lots of mayonnaise but I don't like a lot of tomato sauce. |
